Follow up Call / Meeting: Once we have received your initial phone call or email, one of our directors will contact you to discuss your requirements and, if appropriate, arrange a meeting.
Course Outlines / Proposal: We will send you a full proposal, including detailed course outlines, trainer profile, references and costings.
Course Customisation: We may need to spend time with your company to familiarise ourselves with your products and processes to enable us to write a company specific training course, or at the very least ask you for further information on your products and processes to help with tailored case studies etc.
Pre-Course Approval: Once the training solutions are designed, these can be presented to you for final approval before the training is delivered.
Training Course: This will be a tailored course based on your specific needs.
Feedback: We will provide you with feedback on each delegate, in whichever format you require.
